This Privacy Policy also applies to the StandCheck mobile application available on Google Play. StandCheck is a business application used by authorized users to perform digital inspections of engine stands during dispatch and return workflows.

The StandCheck mobile application may process the following data:

• user account information used for sign-in and authentication;
• engine stand batch numbers and inspection checklist data;
• inspection results, including checkpoint condition, comments, inspection dates, and submitted inspection status;
• photos attached by users as inspection evidence;
• technical data required for secure operation, troubleshooting, and service delivery.

This data is used only to provide the StandCheck inspection workflow, validate authorized access, link inspections to the correct engine stand batch, store inspection evidence, submit completed inspections to the backend system, and support auditability and operational traceability.

StandCheck data is not sold and is not used for advertising. Access to the application is limited to authorized business users. Data is transmitted securely and handled according to the same security, retention, and data subject rights principles described in this Privacy Policy.

The StandCheck mobile application is operated for Magnetic Enginestands OÜ. The app may be published on Google Play by Vertikalus ritmas, UAB as the developer account responsible for the mobile application listing.
